FAITH FORMATION–PARENT MEETINGS

To begin Faith Formation, Parent Meeting attendance is required for all families.

If you have already registered or plan to register, please pay attention and mark the following dates!

• Parent Meeting attendance is required for your child to attend the first class.
• Check-in will be completed via QR code at the meeting.
• Attendance will be verified for first-day admission.

Please plan to attend ONE session per grade group from the options below:

K3–8TH GRADE (Parent Required to attend one)

• Saturday, September 26, 2026 – 9:00 AM
• Saturday, September 26, 2026 – 2:00 PM
• Sunday, September 27, 2026 – 11:00 AM
• Monday, September 28, 2026 – 6:15 PM
• Wednesday, September 30, 2026 – 6:15 PM

K3–8th Grade Faith Formation sessions begin the week of October 4, 2026.

HIGH SCHOOL / CONFIRMATION:

Must Attend General Meeting and Confirmation Year Meeting

Year 1 & Year 2 General Meeting:

Sunday, September 13, 2026 – 2:00 PM

Formation Year Meeting Selections:

Year 1
September 16 OR September 17 at 6:00 PM

Year 2

September 23 OR September 24 at 6:00 PM

Confirmation Sessions Begin:

High School Youth Group Kick-Off: September 13, 2026

Year 1: September 20, 2026

Year 2: September 27, 2026

NOTE:
SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION – ADDITIONAL STEP REQUIRED

Students enrolled in First Holy Communion and/or OCIC Sacramental Prep Year 1 OR Year 2 must complete an additional Sacramental Preparation registration form.
